The Cuyahoga EITC Coalition is part of the IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program. Since 2005, we have been helping hardworking families and individuals in Cuyahoga County make use of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and other asset-building programs. The EITC is the largest, most effective relief program in the country designed to supplement the income of people who are struggling to make end’s meet. If you are an individual or family earning less than $56,000 a year, you qualify for our free tax preparation services.
Translation services are available in Spanish, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Arabic, and American Sign Language.

MASKS REQUIRED: All volunteers and clients are required to wear masks while in our tax site facilities.
FREQUENT CLEANING: We have gone to great lengths to ensure that our tax preparation sites remain safe and clean for all of our volunteers and clients. Cleaning is scheduled every day at regular intervals.
REDUCED SHIFT LENGTHS: Volunteer shift lengths will be limited to shorter intervals (4-5 hours) to minimize potential exposure to COVID-19.
