If you have Windows XP follow these steps:
1. Install the RDP Client v7
- This client supports the remote application technology.
- Browse to the RDP Download, download and install the file.
2. Install the .NET Framework 3.5
- This is required for the Universal Printing functionality.
- Browse to the .NET Framework, download and install the file.
3. Reboot the computer after these have been installed.
If you have Windows Vista follow these steps:
1. If SP1 is not installed, download and install SP1 by following this link:
